For mothers who don’t have the luxury of breaking down - because there are lunches to pack, homework to help with, activities to get to, teams to coach, and appointments to drive to.
And I get it - because I’ve lived this life too.
I’ve spent over 30 years navigating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
I know the exhaustion that settles into your bones, the grief of watching your energy disappear, and the ache of feeling misunderstood - even by people who love you.
No partner, parent, sibling, or friend can truly understand what it’s like to live in a body that’s fighting every day just to function.
So here’s what I want to say to the part of you that hesitated:
You are not the problem. Your capacity is.
If your nervous system is dysregulated, if your metabolism is confused, if your hormones are swinging like a punk rock band - you don’t need more discipline. You don’t need to “try harder.”
You need structure, safety, and someone who actually understands what it’s like to drag yourself through the day in a flare while pretending you’re fine.
That’s exactly why I built this program.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
It’s about discovering your body’s rhythm - learning which foods truly support your healing and which ones drain your energy.
It’s about taking the right supplements that match your body’s needs, not someone else’s Instagram routine.
It’s about making lifestyle changes that fit your reality - your work, your kids, your schedule - at a pace that feels doable and sustainable.
Because real healing doesn’t happen through restriction or burnout. It happens when your body finally feels safe enough to repair itself - one gentle, consistent step at a time.
