MY STORY

I know this path because I have lived it. I was 13 years old when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I spent the next twelve-plus years in the western medical system, collecting more prescriptions than answers. Each medication caused new problems. Each new problem brought a new drug. Some of what was prescribed to me back then left marks I still carry today, and I want to be honest about that, because it is a big part of why I do this work.

At 30, I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I began, slowly, to find my way back to myself.

It was not fast. It was not a straight line. There were flare-ups and setbacks and genuinely hard seasons. There still are. I still have fibromyalgia. I still watch my spoons. I will never stand here and tell you I am cured, because that would not be true, and you deserve honesty far more than you deserve a neat before-and-after story.

What I will tell you is this. At 42, I feel better, mentally, physically, emotionally, than I did at 20. My chronic pain, my fatigue, my insomnia, my gut issues, my anxiety and depression, they have all shifted in ways I genuinely could not have imagined back when I was white-knuckling my way through every single day. Is this medically supervised? I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, not a medical doctor. This course is educational and is intended to work alongside your relationship with your healthcare provider, not replace it.
