For 20+ years, I tried countless conventional and alternative remedies and treatments, bounced between doctors and specialists, spent hundreds of hours researching fibromyalgia, doing trial and error, before finally stumbling across the “magic” of holistic nutrition.
I changed my diet, supplemented with fibro targeted nutrients, began to lead a more natural lifestyle, and a few weeks later, my symptoms improved - less pain, less stiffness, fewer flare ups, improved sleep and increased energy!
My passion for nutrition and holistic health was ignited and I switched careers to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I studied the many root causes of fibromyalgia, and how to reduce the symptoms naturally. After putting the ideas into practice, I now manage my fibromyalgia through whole foods, supplements and a natural lifestyle.
