My Story

I was 10 when my body first started telling me something was wrong.

Fibromyalgia. Chronic fatigue. Pain, stiffness, insomnia, digestive issues that no one could explain, and a medical system that kept adding prescriptions instead of answers. By the time I was in my twenties, I was managing a growing list of diagnoses, a growing list of medications, and a very real sense that no one was actually looking for the root cause.

I was also quietly carrying something else, years of trauma, grief, and the kind of chronic emotional stress that doesn't show up on bloodwork but absolutely shows up in your body.

At 31, I stopped waiting for someone to fix me and started learning how to support my own healing. Through nutrition, the right supplements, nervous system healing, gut work, sleep, hormones, and a LOT of deep emotional work, slowly, imperfectly, I started to come back to myself.

I've been largely medication-free for nearly a decade. I feel better at 42 than I did at 20. Not because I found a miracle, but because I finally understood what my body actually needed.

I still have fibromyalgia. I still have flare-ups. I "watch my spoons." This is not a cure story. It's a story of learning to live fully, with less pain, more energy, and real self-knowledge. And that honesty is central to everything I teach.

Healing from chronic illness and burnout isn't just physical. It lives in your nervous system, your gut, your hormones, your sleep, and the stuff your body has been carrying for years.

I don't chase symptoms. I look for what's actually driving them. We look at food, supplements, sleep, gut health, hormones, toxic load, nervous system, and the connection between what you've been through emotionally and what your body is expressing physically.

We go as deep as you're ready to go.

And we do it practically, because you're probably already exhausted, and you need strategies that actually fit your real life!
