What is a Holistic Nutritionist?

The philosophy of holistic nutrition is that true health depends on harmony between the physical, mental, and emotional. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.), I take a whole-person approach—mind, body, and spirit. Because each person is biochemically unique, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The foods you eat, the supplements you take, and the lifestyle habits you choose all need to be tailored to your individual needs. My role is to guide and empower you to discover what works best for your body, so you can restore balance, reclaim your energy, and live your best life.

How can I work with you?

I primarily work with clients one-on-one, offering personalized support tailored to your unique needs. The best first step is to book a free consultation, where we can talk through your goals and see if we’re the right fit. You can also reach out to me directly through my contact page if you’d like to connect before booking.

Are Holistic Nutritionists covered by private insurance plans?

Some private health insurance plans cover Holistic Nutritionists. Please check with your insurance provider or HR department to confirm whether your plan includes this benefit. In Ontario, teachers and educational assistants are covered for my services through their group benefits. I will provide a receipt with my practitioner number, which you can submit for partial or full reimbursement. And even if your plan does not cover holistic nutrition, investing in your health is truly one of the most valuable investments you can make.

How quickly will I begin to see and feel the results?

Every body is unique, so results vary from person to person. Some clients notice improvements within the first few days, while for others it may take a few weeks (often around 4 weeks) to begin feeling significant changes. Healing is a journey, and consistency is key.
