Hi, I’m Alexis

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome at 13. I also spent years navigating trauma, grief, and the kind of chronic stress that slowly breaks your health down without anyone noticing. I know what it's like to feel like your body has given up on you, and to be dismissed by a system that couldn't explain why.

At 30, I stopped looking for someone to fix me and started learning how to support my own healing. Through nutrition, nervous system healing, the right supplements, and a complete overhaul of how I was living, everything started to shift. My pain decreased. My energy came back. My brain fog lifted. I came back to myself.

I feel better at 42 than I did at 20. Not because I found a cure, but because I finally understood what my body actually needed.
