Hi, I’m Alexis

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome at 13. I also spent years navigating trauma, grief, and the kind of chronic stress that quietly dismantles your health from the inside out. I know what it's like to feel betrayed by your body - and dismissed by a system that couldn't explain why.

At 30, I stopped looking for someone to fix me and started learning how to support my own healing. Through root-cause nutrition, nervous system work, targeted supplementation, and deep lifestyle shifts, I rebuilt my energy, reduced my symptoms, and came back to myself.

I feel better at 42 than I did at 20. Not because I found a cure - but because I finally understood what my body actually needed.
